Life Center enjoys excellent relationships with a variety of other organizations including Vincennes University, ExecuTrain, The Crossings, Teen Challenge, Feed the Children, and Work One. Vincennes UniversityLife Center is proud to work closely with Vincennes University to offer college credits for select courses. Vincennes University is a top notch state university headquartered in scenic Vincennes, Indiana. ExecuTrain ExecuTrain is a premier adult business vocation training organization. ExecuTrain provides many of the advanced training resources and courseware materials used at Life Center. Through ExecuTrain, Life Center offers internationally accredited certifications from IBTA for business in subjects such as office administration, customer service, and computer technology. The Crossing GED and high school diploma completion programs are available through The Crossing at the Life Center campus. The Crossing, headquarted in Elkhart, offers GED and high school completion programs across north-central Indiana. Teen Challenge Few ministries change as many lives as radically as Teen Challenge. Teen Challenge, founded by David Wilkerson more than 50 years ago, has helped thousands of teens, men and women break free of addictions in more than 80 countries. In 2010 Teen Challenge is planning to open its first facility for males in northern Indiana on the campus of Life Center. Life Center will be working closely with Teen Challenge to provide various training and other ministry services. Feed the Children One of the most effective food ministries in the world, Feed the Children, has a major distribution center on property adjacent to Life Center in Elkhart, Indiana. Work One Indiana's workforce development organization, Work One, is busy helping disadvantaged young adults as well as other displaced workers obtain training for placement in our very competitive job market. Life Center is pleased to be a training provider for Work One of Elkhart helping workers gain the skills needed to find employment in our area. |
